Yoga is a discipline that originated in ancient India as a combination of physical, mental and spiritual practices.

According to a recent survey, the number of people practising yoga in the United States and other parts of the world grew more than 50% and those who practice yoga are more likely to be active in other types of exercises such as running, cycling etc. According to the same survey, one in every three Americans said they were somewhat or very likely to practice yoga within the next 8 months.
